This can be an easy way to deal with your snow problem - just hire someone from your local area to do it. A lot of times teenagers will be more than willing to take on the burden. You've got to think about a few things, though.

First, make sure you know the parents of anyone underage you're getting to do this. In this day and age, a lot of people will freak out about others having contact with their kids. You should approach the parents, even if the kid seems responsible and willing.
Second, make sure your property doesn't have any hazards the kids don't know about, and make sure they're older and responsible. Someone getting injured on your property is a lawsuit risk - and clearing snow has the risk of ice being underneath. You don't want a 15 year old slipping and falling on your sidewalk. So go over any ground rules, and point out anything that might be a hazard.
Third, make sure they know not to bring other people on the property. Teenagers are notorious for doing that - how many babysitters have you heard of bringing over their boyfriends? You don't want people playing, you want them working. If you're not paying them to be there, then they shouldn't be hanging out on your driveway.
